1st We accept pedigree from other entities, as long as they are effectively regulated to carry out the activity of genealogical registration, as long as they have conduct policies similar to ours, thus complying with the laws established by the federal constitution of our country, which in its Art. 170 - paragraph and Article 173 - Paragraph 4, prohibit monopoly."

2nd  We accept pedigree from canine clubs of specialized and specific breeds, as long as they are duly registered and regulated within the law where the RGE (External General Registration) will be carried out.

3rd  We do not accept initial registration from another entity, as we do not perform RI, only for new and developing breeds. (Subject to analysis and approval by the Cenotechnic Council.)
